Here is how we can work together: 1) Start with a conversation: A no-commitment discovery call to get to know each other, explore what you need, and see if coaching is the right fit for you. If we agree to work together, move forward with an agreement that you can exit at any time (there is no set number of sessions, you decide what works for you and you are in charge). 2) Build your map: We draw flexibly from a range of leadership and life coaching approaches, to identify the patterns and beliefs shaping where you are, where you want to go, and the shift you want. 3) Move forward differently: We discuss a way forward that actually fits who you are, as well as the support that you need.
