I am Vanessa ADHD life coach for adults and parents and an ADHDer mom myself. I have left the fintech world few years back when finding a new meaning in life and purpose in empowering ADHD parents and adults living with confidence . I am especially excited working with overwhelmed ADHD moms, who have lost themselves in the guilt while supporting everybody else and help them build confidence and find peace

I have been ICF graduate of the International ADHD Coaching Training centre (iACT) as Certified ADHD life coaching and the Pathways to Success (PTS) as ADHD Parent Coach which are both distinguished American coaching organisations .
